1987
We had a seminar series on Ada while I was working at FMC. Several DOD contracts we had used it but I never got on any of those projects.
1988–1990
1992–1995
Was how programming was taught at the University of York while I was there. Odd, perhaps, but gave a context for understanding languages Java or C++ would not have done
1993–1995
Purely educational.
1993
Required for software engineering paper for comp.sci degree. Always seemed a bit weird to me.
1998
Saw this in a programming languages class and we probably spent most of the time with Ada. I remember thinking it was OK.
2000–2002
computer science classes
2008
A University exam had it among the languages you had to know to pass said exam. I have close to no memory of it: grey language.
