1992
Used it third year computer science. Never used it again. "What if you could bash-script a gui?" is a question that you could ask once, but not inflict the answer on anyone else.

Toy; can't say it ever paid off as a language, but Tk was quite handy for much longer.
1995
1995–2001
Tcl was the first scripting language supported by the Swig project. I maintained the Tcl module until about 2001 or so.

Starting using at IBM to create simple GUIs that glued together other scripts.
2001–2003
I became a big TCL fan while writing ASP code in early 2000's. Mostly because at the time it looked far superior to the ASP classic's VBScript. Later on I embedded it in a few hobby projects as a scripting engine etc. before my interest started to die off, in favour of the Python language instead (which was the new hotness at the time).

2004–
One of my first programming / scripting languages which I've learned.
2005
Tcl hit on me, but I spurned her affections.
2005–
Adapted a backup script written in TCL
2006–2007
Used this to do quite a bit of network simulation with ns-2.
2007
worked on a clients application for some months
