Waited in line at midnight. Loved this thing (my first console since Nintendo 64). Bought a purple cube (as Nintendo intended) along with Star Wars Rogue Leader.
Waited overnight outside of a Target in freezing temperatures and snow with my wife and an online friend from a message board (our first and only meeting—he was quite cool). We were in the first ten of the line, so we were somewhat under a roof, but still froze to death.
Wii Sports is still one of my favorite games. Motion controls were incredible.
