Arr my first programming language on the good old Science of Cambridge MK14 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MK14 So Yes my first programming language was assembler, entered by HEX code. I remember I wrote a simple sequencer for it, with the device producing square waves from an I/O pin
1977–1980
Built my own MK14 when I was in boarding school in the UK. Hex keypad, cassette tape storage. Hand assembling code. Love it !
