Was penalized for handing in assignments that had Matlab and this funny lang called "Python". The instructions clearly said "matlab".

Started with math and some SAGE and then some Django beginning in the summer of 2008.

Love it. R > (SAS + SPSS + X). Not much time for it recently since I didn't end up becoming a statistician.

couldn't get my university to use Python. Took a class, did play assignments.

Adapted a knight's tour program to be n-dimensional .. need to find that old code and get back into Haskell so I can be awesome again.

I didn't know http from a hole in the wall until I started to use Django in 08.

Checked to make sure that I didn't want to invest more time in rails (instead of django). I'm not opposed to it though.

Learned C in one night at PyCon in ATL and it changed my life.
